Bailey and I are still spending a little bit of most every day at our local dog park and met Mark there yesterday. He was playing a cigar box guitar and enjoying the beautiful afternoon just like us.

Backyard Blue Bells
Since we moved into our new home in September it's been interesting to see the trees and flowers that bloom and go through their colors. This week, we've had a really nice little area of blue bells that have sprung up, and there are even some that are pink and white.
Used the Sony RX1r with it's Macro mode for this shot. It's pretty close to what I was able to get with my old Sony Zeiss 24mm f/1.8.
Branch & Flare
I love spring! The temperture, the smell in the air, the longer days and the perfect light in the evenings. This is just outside of the pool where my kids have swim practice, and I just had to go outside. Lens flare is such a happy accident sort of thing. So nice when it just shows up to create something really unique.
Flowery Birds
This is the sunrise on the back porch at my in-law's house in Oceanside CA. Love these crazy looking flowers!
Girl and Doughnuts
Aisy and I had lunch with Shaun and then stopped by Pips before heading home. Not a bad way to spend a Friday.
Wahclella Falls
In late January the kids and I snuck out for a beautiful morning hike in one of our favorite spots in the Columbia River Gorge. Wahclella falls lies at the end of a fairly short loop that you can access from the same exit as the Boneville dam. The falls was in full-force, and fuller than I'd ever seen it.
On the Phone
Emily and I had a chance to grab lunch together and we each had our favorite type of bagel sandwich at Henry Higgins on Foster. Turkey and tomato on plain for her, Egg, Cheese and Sausage on an everything Bagel for me. We were probably there for 30 minutes and the gentleman at the next table over was on his phone the entire time.
Smile
I'll just go ahead and apologize right now for all the images containing Cherry Blossoms that are coming. They showed up a little early this year in our neighborhood.
