Those who know me also know that I love coffee. I have posted about it here, and here. I recently picked up a digital kitchen scale, which is awesome, and have been experimenting a bit with different grounds-water ratios. This just takes coffee nerdery to a whole new level.
Should we account for roast darkness when measuring coffee beans by weight?
