Emily and I bought season tickets to the Broadway shows playing at the Keller Auditorium this season, and last night's show was Cinderella. Before the show we stopped at a nearby bistro and had dessert in the bar which had pretty creative lighting.
My friend Roger is just a few days into radiation treatment to rid his body of all remnants of cancer after a pretty successful surgery a few weeks ago. The night before the first nuking, a few of us gathered at a great local bar called Vintage.
Date night drink for Emily. We've been blessed with a lot of time to go out on dates this summer as my kids have spent a ton of time with their grandparents. I didn't spend that much time with my grandparents growing up - maybe a week or two a year, but it was great. I'm glad that mine will have more of these memories.
In the meantime, grown up drinks, movies and time with my Lady.
